Program Name	The Culture and Art Development Foundation

Program Purpose	"To build an African American Historical Museum and Cultural Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan based on worldwide research and a comprehensive, multi-cultural perspective. Our mission is to enhance the educational, social and cultural experience of families through the arts, literature, lectures, historical research/museum tours and via the worldwide web."
